How to Delete Your Pawport Account

You can permanently delete your Pawport account and all associated data from within the app.

Steps to delete your account

  1. Open the Pawport app
  2. Tap Settings (bottom tab bar)
  3. Tap Edit Profile
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm by typing your email address

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

What gets deleted

All pet profiles, vaccination records, vet visits, medications, documents, and your account credentials.

Retention period

Data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
